We provide special event valet parking for you and your guests.

Private dinners for a dozen guests at your home, we offer a service which clients find that we keep the neighbors happy & don't block the streets in the community.

Fundraisers for hundreds is second nature to us as we handle all the details for valeting guests arriving all at one time.

Major functions for thousands & multi day events complete with logistics planning, leadership & attention to detail

And everything in between. The AutoValet is known for being the single source for events of any size & scope.

Event Services

Over the last 34 years by request, we have added additional services for your event.

Parking Direction: Some large events may be served better by competent guides who direct the guests into orderly lines & provide easy egress at departure.

Gate Reception: Venues with a security gate where guests are screened at entry.

Entry : A warm greeting and an open door for those arriving or departing.

Coat Check: Functions held during rainy or colder weather are served by a friendly staff member & claim check given while treating their items with care.

Outside Event Direction: Formal or larger events, weddings, etc. We provide a professional "Director" to assist guests, summon the shuttles, receive a late arrival, answer a question, help a guest with ride shares, or even call emergency services.

Golf Cart Shuttle: Using multi passenger golf carts to shuttle guests within an event area.

Small to Large Bus Shuttle: For larger weddings & events. We have worked with the best services in Northeast Florida & can refer you and or arrange it.
